Our weekly yoga classes offer an inclusive and welcoming environment to move your body and relax the mind.

Vinyasa yoga classes start with some slow stretching poses, move through to more flowing poses to warm the body, and close with deeper opening stretches. But the best thing is – variations are offered throughout the class to ensure you can find a pose that’s just right for you and your body. We don’t encourage overdoing things to find ‘perfection’ in the pose. 

Yoga is about tuning in with your body, and allowing beautiful things to unfold within! 

Weekly Yoga Classes:

Tuesday 6pm at Nelson’s Run

Wednesday 9am at Toodyay Community Resource Centre

Thursdays 7am at Nelson’s Run

Where to find us

Nelson’s Run is located on the Perth side of Toodyay, a 45 min drive from Midland. 

Toodyay boasts stunning farming countryside, beautiful bush and wildflower trails and a gorgeous township nestled alongside the Avon River (Gugulja). There are multiple accommodation options and places to grab a yummy coffee!


Nelson’s Run

Nelson’s Run is a 6-acre property in Toodyay, but it’s so much more than this! Hosts Nikk and Kirsty live and breathe nature, yoga, trail running and permaculture. The property is named after one of their many animals who call Nelson’s Run home. Nikk is a true nurturer. With over 15 years of experience in facilitation, coaching and mentoring she knows how to create safe, open spaces where you can let go and be yourself. Kirsty is an avid trail runner, alpaca whisperer and gardening lover! Together, they like to think of all the little details when people come into our home and property, and love going the extra mile to make your day an unforgettable experience.
