What if I’ve never done yoga before?

You’re in for a treat! The yoga we will do together comes with instruction, demonstration and 1:1 support wherever you need it. This sessions is designed for rest and relaxation, and the practice is gentle and nurturing. This retreat is also suitable for beginners or those with limited mobility.

What happens if I can no longer attend the retreat?

If you are unable to attend your booked date, please contact us as soon as possible and we can discuss a reschedule. Please note however, we have a 14 day cancellation policy after which a 50% refund is available, but refunds are no longer available for cancellations less than 7 days out from the event. You can always transfer your ticket to a friend, right up to the day of the event.

I can’t eat dairy and gluten, is there anything I can eat?

Everything provided will be organic and vegetarian, with plenty of vegan and gluten-free options too. This is how we eat every day at Nelson’s Run and we love sharing beautiful healthy food with others!
